摘要
迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)是医学生床旁实践水平的测评工具,兼具评量与反馈功能。本文就Mini-CEX应用于临床实践教学的形成性评价进行探索,对考核量表的设计、评价标准制定、组织实施以及质量保障等方面进行详述。通过近两年学生和教师的问卷调查分析发现,Mini-CEX能够提高学生各项临床能力并促进教师教学能力的提升。最后,从实践经验中总结了现阶段存在的问题以及探讨解决对策。
Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)is an evaluation tool for evaluating clinical bedside practice ability of medical students,which has both evaluation and feedback functions.This paper explores the formative evaluation of Mini-CEX applied to clinical practice teaching,and elaborates on the design of evaluation scale,the formulation of evaluation criteria,the implementation process and quality assurance.Through the questionnaire survey of students and teachers in the past 2 years,it has been found that Mini-CEX can improve students'clinical abilities and promote the improvement of teachers'teaching ability.Finally,from the practical experience,the problems existing at the current stage and the countermeasures are summarized and discussed.
