不同连接基Gemini表面活性剂的合成及应用性能研究 被引量:1

Synthesis and application of Gemini surfactants with different linkers

摘要 采用简单的原料通过酯化反应和双分子亲核取代反应分别合成了2种具有C21链长的酰胺类结构的Gemini表面活性剂分子,利用1H NMR、UPLC和元素分析等手段表征其结构和纯度,分别表征2种分子水溶液的表面张力及其黏弹性.研究发现具有羟基结构的分子具有更低的表面张力且水溶液表现出更优越的黏弹性.这可能是由于连接基羟基的引入促进了极性头基的正电荷分布,分子间氢键作用也会增加分子间的静电作用,从而促进分子自组装.良好的耐温抗剪切性能和携砂性能表明体系可应用于黏弹性表面活性剂压裂液等油气田开发相关领域. Two kinds of Gemini surfactants with C21 carbon-chain were synthesized by esterification and nucleophilic substitution.Their structures and purity were characterized by^1H NMR,UPLC and elemental analyses.The surface tension and viscoelasticity of the two kinds of molecular aqueous solutions were characterized respectively.It was found that the molecules with hydroxyl structure have lower surface tension and better viscoelasticity in aqueous solution.This may be because the introduction of the connecting group hydroxyl can promote the positive charge distribution of the polar head group,and the intermolecular hydrogen bond can also increase the intermolecular electrostatic interaction,promoting the molecular self assemble.Good temperature resistance,shear resistance and sand carrying performance show that the system can be applied to the development of viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid and other oil and gas fields.
