摘要
自20世纪80年代开始我国学者便开始关注日本非物质文化遗产①的保护和利用,且研究主要集中在对日本《文化财保护法》的介绍以及非物质文化遗产保护利用的经验启示等方面。目前虽然著述颇丰、视角多元,但还存在概念使用混乱等问题。文章通过对相关文献的解读得出的结论是:“非物质”与“无形”和“文化财”与“文化遗产”等概念存在细微差异,日本非遗的内涵与中国非遗并不等同。
Since the 1980s,Chinese scholars had begun to pay attention to the protection and benefits of Japanese intangible cultural heritage.This research focuses on the introduction of the law of the protection for cultural properties,and the enlightening experience of the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage.At present,although there are many works and multiple perspectives,there are still some problems such as confusion in the use of concepts.The conclusion of this paper is that there are subtle differences between the concepts of“immaterial”and“intangible”,“and between cultural property”and“cultural heritage”.The scope of Japan’s intangible cultural heritage is not exactly the same as that of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.
