摘要
目的研究七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗青少年屈光不正所致视疲劳的临床效果。方法88例青少年屈光不正所致视疲劳患者,随机分为研究组与参照组,每组44例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者采用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、左右眼治疗前后屈光检查结果。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.73%高于参照组的77.27%,不良反应发生率4.55%低于参照组的27.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者左眼屈光度(-1.02±0.19)D、右眼屈光度(-1.04±0.18)D与治疗前的(-1.73±0.23)、(-1.74±0.22)D比较有所改善,且均优于参照组的(-1.69±0.21)、(-1.68±0.21)D,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组患者治疗前后左右眼屈光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗青少年屈光不正所致视疲劳效果切实,不但治疗有效率提升,且并未出现严重的不良反应,是一种既有效又安全的治疗方式。
Objective To study the clinical effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in the treatment of juvenile asthenopia caused by ametropia.Methods A total of 88 cases of juvenile asthenopia caused by ametropia were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the research group was treated with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,diopter of left and right eyes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.73%of the research group was higher than 77.27%of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions 4.55%was lower than 27.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left eye diopter(-1.02±0.19)D and right eye diopter(-1.04±0.18)D of the research group were better than(-1.73±0.23)and(-1.74±0.22)D before treatment,and(-1.69±0.21)and(-1.68±0.21)D of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the diopter of the left and right eyes before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops is effective and safe in the treatment of juvenile asthenopia caused by ametropia.It can not only improve the effective rate of treatment,but also has no serious adverse reactions.
