摘要
针对传统的交错并联升压直流变换器输出电压低,开关器件电压应力高等不足之处,提出一种新型交错并联单输入高升压直流变换器。通过开关电感单元替代传统电感、变换器后级增加电容和二极管构成升压单元,提高变换器输出电压。所提DC/DC变换器中开关器件电压应力和二极管电压应力有效降低,升压增益有效提高。同时,该变换器具有元器件简单对称、控制方便等优点。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink搭建变换器仿真模型,验证了输出电压增益效果。实验结果表明,所提拓扑结构能够有效提高输出电压增益。
In allusion to the shortcomings of traditional interleaved parallel boost DC converters,such as low output voltage and high voltage stress of switching devices,a new⁃type high boost DC converter with interleaved parallel and single input is proposed.The boost unit is formed by replacing the traditional inductor with the switching inductor,and adding a capacitor and a diode at the backward stage of the converter to improve the output voltage of the converter.In the proposed DC/DC converter,the voltage stress of the switching device and the diode are effectively reduced,and the boost gain is effectively improved.The converter has the advantages of simple symmetry and convenient control.The simulation model of the converter was built with the Matlab/Simulink to verify the effect of output voltage gain.The results show that the proposed topological structure can effectively improve the output voltage gain.
