摘要
传统的远程支持中心存在经验依赖性强、业务建设结构局限的问题,已不能满足信息化技术发展的需求。在数字化变革下,通过以钻井数字技术输出、信息系统业务整合、班组数字质量控制建设、复合知识结构人才队伍建设和现代绩效管理建设,形成了基于数字化变革的钻井远程支持班组新模式。实践表明,该种班组模式具有较高的生产效率,以年用工新聘增长量9%的速度,获得了年作业量100%以上的增速,为现场钻井工程作业提供数字支持,有效降低了事故率。
The traditional remote support center has the problems of relying on experience and limitations of business structure,which can no longer meet the needs of information development.In the digital era,a new remote drilling technology support team model based on digitalization is formed through the use of digital drilling technology output,information system business integration,team digital quality control construction,compound knowledge structure talent team construction and modern performance management construc⁃tion.The practice shows that this kind of team mode has high production efficiency,and the annual operation volume of above 100%is obtained by the annual labor growth rate of 9%,which provided digital support for field drilling engineering operation and effectively re⁃duced the accident rate.
