摘要
为了解决直缝埋弧焊管生产线预弯机在工作过程中因为剧烈振动,造成提升环螺栓频繁断裂等问题,通过测量油缸及下梁的水平位移,将油管连接的平板导向结构改为楔形导向结构,并对油缸上升过程中的相关参数进行了调整。结果表明,通过新增导向板间隙调整的楔块结构,提高了导向精度;增大提升环与活塞杆件的安装间隙,降低了提升环连接螺栓因为振动引起的干涉受力,解决了提升环螺栓频繁断裂的问题;增大减速斜坡行程控制参数设置量,降低了上升过程中的振动,实现了预弯机的平稳工作。
In order to solve the problem of frequent fracture of the LSAW pipe production line pre-bending machine lifting ring bolt caused by severe vibration during the working process,the horizontal displacement of cylinder and lower beam was measured,and the plate guide structure connected with oil pipe was regarded as wedge-shaped guide structure,and the relevant parameters during the rising process of oil cylinder were adjusted.The results show that the guiding accuracy is improved by adding a wedge structure with guide plate gap adjustment.By increasing the installation clearance between the lifting ring and the piston rod,the interference force caused by vibration of the connecting bolt of the lifting ring is reduced,and the problem of frequent fracture of the lifting ring bolt is solved.By increasing the setting value of deceleration slope travel control parameters and reducing the vibration in the rising process,the stable operation of the pre-bending machine is realized.
