摘要
在我国医疗改革进程中,药品集中采购是解决药价虚高的重要方式。经过不断的探索,药品招标采购迎来全国范围的集中带量采购时代。本文通过查阅文献资料、结合时事发展的研究方法,总结新的药品招标采购模式给包括生产企业、流通企业、医疗机构、患者在内的各利益相关方带来的影响,同时探索各方更好应对负面效应的措施,期望营造良好的产业环境。
The centralized drug purchase is an important way to solve the problem of high drug prices in the process of China′s medical reform.Through constant exploration,drug bidding and purchase ushered in the era of centralized volume-based purchase nationwide.By the research method of consulting literature and current events,this paper summarized the impact of the new mode of drug bidding and purchase on production enterprises circulation enterprises,medical institutions and patients.At the same time,this paper explored measures for all parties to better cope with negative effects,and to create a good industrial environment.
