摘要
目的:探讨显微手术联合药物治疗精索静脉曲张性不育的临床疗效。方法:将2014年8月-2018年1月在广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院治疗的60例精索静脉曲张性不育患者随机分为两组,对照组单用显微镜下经腹股沟外环下精索静脉结扎术治疗,观察组在此基础上使用复方玄驹胶囊,对比两组的配偶受孕率、精液质量变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05);观察组配偶受孕率为73.33%(22/30),明显高于对照组的50%(15/50),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后正常形态精子、精子密度、精子存活率、前向运动精子百分率等指标均明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微手术联合药物治疗精索静脉曲张性不育的临床疗效显著,能有效提高精液质量,提升妊娠率,且并发症发生率较低,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of microsurgery combined with drugs in the treatment of varicocele infertility.Methods:60 patients with varicocele infertility treated in Hexian Memorial Hospital,Panyu District,Guangzhou from August 2014 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with subinguinal spermatic vein ligation under the microscope alone.The observation group was treated with Compound Xuanju capsule(复方玄驹胶囊)on this basis,and the pregnancy rate and semen quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 73.33%(22/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of normal sperm,sperm density,sperm survival rate and percentage of forward motile sperm in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgery combined with drugs has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of varicocele infertility,it can effectively improve the semen quality and promote the pregnancy rate,and the incidence of complications is low,which has a positive clinical significance.
