摘要
黑龙江省是我国粮食主产区,农业用水占全省总用水量75%,农业用水效率提升对实现黑龙江省水资源高效利用具有重要现实意义。文章运用水足迹理论计算并分析黑龙江省2000~2017年农业水足迹(其中2003~2015年为连续12年粮食增产期),并结合水足迹强度分析黑龙江省各地区农业用水效率。结果表明,黑龙江省13个地级市农业水足迹在空间分布上差异显著,呈北高南低、西高东低趋势;农业蓝水足迹明显低于绿水足迹,农业对绿水依赖程度更高;黑龙江省农业水足迹强度偏高,但农业用水效率较低;黑龙江省农业水足迹具有不断增强的全局自相关性,各地区有集聚现象,并有扩张趋势。研究结果为黑龙江省农业用水效率差异分析、制定有效农业生产用水政策提供可靠的理论依据。
Heilongjiang Province is the main grain-producing area in China,and agricultural water consumption accounts for up to 75%of the total water consumption in Heilongjiang Province.The improvement of agricultural water use efficiency has important practical significance for realizing the efficient utilization of water resources in Heilongjiang Province.The water footprint theory was used to calculate and analyze the agricultural water footprint of Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2017(2003-2015 was the 12 consecutive years of increasing grain production),and the agricultural water use efficiency of various regions in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed based on the intensity of the water footprint.The results showed that the agricultural water footprint of 13 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province was significantly different in spatial distribution,with the overall trend of high in the north and low in the south,high in the west and low in the east.Blue water footprint of agriculture was obviously lower than that of the green water footprint,and agriculture was more dependent on green water.The intensity of agricultural water footprint in Heilongjiang Province was high on the whole,but the agricultural water use efficiency was low.The agricultural water footprint of Heilongjiang Province had an in-creasing global autocorrelation,and there was a clustering phenomenon in various regions,and the clustering phenomenon was more and more obvious,with a trend of expansion.The results provided a reliable theoretical basis for the analysis of the difference in agricultural water use efficiency and the formulation of effective agricultural production water use policies in Heilongjiang Province.
