摘要
通过对温度传感器动态特性一阶模型的研究分析,提出了一种冗余测量的方法,该方法使用两支不同热响应时间的温度传感器对同一个温场进行测量,从而对动态温场的瞬时测量结果进行修正,通过修正可以得到相对更准确的动态瞬时温度。并通过一个简易的恒定升温速率的斜坡温场进行理论计算并加以验证,为将来复杂温场动态瞬时温度的测量方法提供一种思路。
Based on the research and analysis of the first-order model of the temperature sensor's dynamic characteristics,this paper proposes a redundant measurement method.This method uses two temperature sensors with different thermal response times to measure the same temperature field,thereby measuring the dynamic temperature field The instantaneous measurement value is corrected.Through correction,we can obtain more accurate dynamic instantaneous temperature.And through a simple constant heating rate ramp temperature field for theoretical calculation and verification.it provides a new way for the measurement method of the dynamic temperature field in the future.
