摘要
伴随着技术升级、产业转型,高质量复合型技能人才的缺口越来越大,高职院校现有的人才培养模式已不能完全满足职业岗位对人才的需要。1+X证书制度是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的新的职业学业证书制度。通过分析1+X证书制度的内涵,结合高职院校物联网应用技术专业的特点,研究了1+X证书制度在实施过程中的内容、措施和保障机制。内容涉及人才培养、课程建设、校企合作等多个方面。
With the technology upgrading and industrial transformation,the gap of high-quality compound skilled talents is increas⁃ing.The existing talent training mode of higher vocational colleges can not fully meet the needs of professional posts for talents.1+X certificate system is a new vocational education certificate system proposed by the national vocational education reform imple⁃mentation plan.Based on the analysis of the connotation of 1+X certificate system,combined with the characteristics of Internet of things application technology specialty in vocational colleges,the content,measures and guarantee mechanism of 1+X certificate system in the implementation process are studied.The content involves personnel training,curriculum construction,school enter⁃prise cooperation and so on.
