摘要
结合机器人制作的实际应用,分析了3D打印参数(打印温度、打印层高、打印方向、开合角)对L型ABS打印件失稳强度的影响。结果表明:打印温度的增加有利于提高打印件的失稳强度;打印层高的增加有利于提高打印件的失稳强度;在本研究的3个打印方向上,A方向的打印件失稳强度最高,其次是B方向、C方向;开合角越大,打印件的失稳强度越低。本研究为提高L型ABS打印件的力学性能提供一定参考。
Based on the practical application of robot manufacturing,this research analyzed the effect of the printing parameters including printing temperature,printing layer height and printing direction on the strength of the L-type ABS print.The result shows that the higher printing temperature and the higher printing layer height can improve the strength.The printing component printed in A direction has the higher strength than that printed in C and D direction.The research can provide a reference for improving the mechanical properties of L-type ABS printing.
