摘要
目的观察输液热敷贴联合综合放松训练在肝癌射频消融术后经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管困难患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年11月至2019年10月收治的肝癌射频消融术后PICC置管困难患者54例,按照随机编号法分成对照组与观察组,各27例。对照组予以常规PICC置管及护理,观察组在此基础上加以输液热敷贴联合综合放松训练。比较两组患者PICC置管操作所需时间、置管成功率的差异。结果观察组PICC置管操作所需时间短于对照组、置管一次成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输液热敷贴联合综合放松训练在肝癌射频消融术后PICC置管困难患者中的应用效果良好,可缩短置管操作所需时间并提高置管成功率。
Objective To observe the application effect of infusion hot stick combined with comprehensive relaxation training in liver cancer patients with difficult peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterizing after radiofrequency ablation(RFA).Methods Fifty-four liver cancer patients with difficult PICC catheterizing after RFA was admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group and observation group by random numbering method,27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine PICC catheterizing and nursing,while the observation group was additionally given infusion hot stick combined with comprehensive relaxation training.The differences in duration of PICC catheterizing and success rate of cathetering were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of PICC cathetering in observation group was shorter than that in control group,while one-time success rate of catheterizing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of infusion hot stick combined with comprehensive relaxation training is good on liver cancer patients with difficult PICC cathetering after RFA,which can shorten the duration of PICC catheterizing and improve the success rate of catheterizing.
