摘要
以112个文冠果实生后代无性系为试验材料,进行低氮胁迫(0.2 mmol/L N)处理,测定胁迫处理过程中植株外部形态和生理指标变化。结果表明:从实生群体中筛选出8个氮高效(Nitrogen Efficient,NE)株系,低氮处理条件下,氮素高效利用株系株高、茎粗和新梢长度显著高于对照组(母树),净光合速率大于对照组,植株长势正常,维持正常生命活动。氮高效利用文冠果植株相比对照组具有更好的保护酶系统,具体表现为SOD、POD和脯氨酸持续不断上升,而MDA基本保持不变。该研究从生理角度探究文冠果耐氮的形态学和生理学机制,另外,筛选出的8个文冠果高效利用株系,为选育耐低氮文冠果新品种提供优质种质资源。
Using 112 progeny clones of fructus corydalis as materials,the plants were treated with low nitrogen stress(0.2mmol/L N).The results showed that 8 nitrogen efficient(NE)lines were selected from the living population.Under the condition of low nitrogen treatment,the plant height,stem diameter and new length of nitrogen efficient lines were significantly higher than that of the control group(parent tree),and the net photosynthetic rate was higher than that of the control group.The plants grew normally and maintained normal life activities.Compared with the control group,the high-efficiency use of nitrogen in the plants of Xanthoceras sorbifolia has better protective enzyme system,which is manifested in the continuous increase of SOD,POD and proline,while the basically unchanged MDA.In this study,the morphological and physiological mechanism of nitrogen tolerance in Xanthoceras sorbifolia was explored from a physiological perspective.In addition,8 strains of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were screened out for efficient utilization to provide high-quality germplasm resources for breeding new varieties of Xanthoceras sorbifolia resistant to low nitrogen.
