摘要
通过注塑成型制备了不同PC含量的PC/ABS合金冲击样条,采用机械加工进行缺口加工,然后利用简支梁冲击设备进行缺口冲击强度测试,最后,通过扫描电镜观察断面的形貌,研究并分析了不同配比的PC/ABS共混合金缺口的冲击强度及与断面形貌的关系。结合缺口冲击强度结果及断面的形貌图可知,随着ABS含量的增加,缺口冲击强度及合金的缺口冲击强度均先增强后降低。当PC的含量为50%时,PC/ABS合金的缺口冲击性能最佳,其断面形貌中有微坑、抛物线花样和裂纹带分枝等特征,在PC/ABS合金增韧机理中起到的作用较大;当PC含量达到65%时,PC/ABS合金的缺口冲击性能出现反复波动,这主要是由于,PC相和橡胶相两相态的均一性较差。
The impact splines were finished by injection molding and machining notches,the impact strength was tested by simply supported beam impact equipment and the fracture morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the relationship between notched impact strength and fracture morphology of PC/ABS blends with different ratios was studied.Combined with the result of notch impact strength and the fracture morphology,it could be seen that with the increase of ABS content,notched impact strength and notched impact strength of the alloy increase first and then decrease the properties of PC/ABS alloy with 50%PC content were the best at room temperature and low temperature,including microcrater,parabola pattern and crack band branching.These characteristics played an important role in the toughening mechanism of PC/ABS Alloy,these characteristics played an important role in PC/ABS Alloy.When the content of PC reaches was 65%,the impact strength fluctuates in a wide range,which was mainly caused by PC phase and PB phase.
