功率变送器失真导致功率负荷不平衡保护误动作分析

摘要 为了防止电网故障、外部线路故障或汽轮发电机组甩负荷导致汽轮发电机组实际输出功率瞬时大幅度降低,避免汽轮发电机组超速,通常设置功率负荷不平衡保护,使汽轮机机械功率和发电机有功功率保持平衡,维持汽轮发电机组运行转速为3000 r/min。针对功率变送器失真导致汽轮发电机组功率负荷不平衡保护误动作故障,分析了保护原理、保护动作逻辑,以及功率变送器失真的各种原因,给出了各种失真原因所对应的案例,并提出了应对措施。 In order to prevent the real output of the turbo-unit from being greatly reduced due to mains failure,external line failure or load rejection of the turbo-unit,and to avoid overspeeding of the turbo-unit,PLU protection is usually set to make the mechanical power of the steam turbine keeping balance with the active power of the generator and maintain the operating speed of the turbo-unit at 3000 r/min.Aiming at the malfunction of the PLU protection of the turbo-unit caused by the distortion of the power transmitter,the protection principle,the logic of the protection action,and various reasons for the distortion of the power transmitter were analyzed,and the corresponding cases caused by various distortions were given with proposed countermeasures.
