摘要
以“一体化同品质”多院区管理理念为指引,从人、机、料、法、环5个方面重构多院区后勤管理模式,建立员工管理一体化、设备管理一体化、信息管控一体化、制度建设一体化、设计风格一体化的后勤管理模式。多院区一体化后勤管理模式为3个院区提供同质化的后勤保障服务,节约运营成本,提高管理效能,打造专业化高素质的后勤保障团队,为医院快速发展提供了坚强有力的保障。
Guided by"integration and same quality"management idea,the logistics management mode of hospital with multiple districts is reconstructed from five aspects,such as people,machines,material,law and environment.The logistics management mode of integration of staff management,equipment management,information management and control,system construction and design style integration is established to provide same quality logistics support services for three districts hospital and save operating cost,improve management efficiency,build a professional logistics support team with high quality,which provides a strong guarantee for the rapid development of the hospital.
