某无坐力炮不同弹带挤进过程差异性数值模拟分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用有限元软件LS-DYNA构建了非金属尼龙弹带和金属铜弹带挤进过程的有限元模型,分析探究了两种模型下的弹丸运动响应、挤进阻力以及多发弹丸连续发射引起的坡膛的温度变化差异。数值模拟结果表明:与铜弹带挤进过程相比,尼龙弹带更加容易挤入膛线,尼龙弹带挤进过程中所受阻力较小,能够较好的降低弹带对膛线的冲击与磨损;多发弹丸连续发射时,铜弹带挤进过程引起的坡膛温度变化远大于尼龙弹带挤进过程引起的坡膛温度变化,采用尼龙弹带能减少火炮身管的烧蚀损伤,提高使用寿命。 A finite element model of the extrusion process of non-metallic nylon and copper rotating band was constructed by using finite element software LS-DYNA.The motion response of projectiles,the change of extrusion resistance and the temperature variation in the chamber caused by the continuous firing of multiple projectiles under the two models were analyzed and explored.The numerical simulation results show that the nylon rotating band is easier to squeeze into rifle than the copper rotating band,and the resistance of the nylon rotating band is smaller in the process of extrusion,which can reduce the impact and wear of the rifle better.When multiple projectiles are fired continuously,the temperature change of the slope chamber caused by the copper rotating band extrusion process is much larger than that caused by the nylon rotating band.The temperature change of the slope chamber caused by rotating band extrusion process can be reduced by using nylon rotating band,which can improve the service life of artillery.
