纯钼等硬脆性回转薄壁件加工工艺路线研究 被引量:3

摘要 高纯度钼等材料为典型的硬脆性材料,而由其制作的回转类薄壁零件在加工中容易发生表面质量低、零件崩边甚至整体碎裂等问题,同时刀具磨损和破损严重,造成实际加工中成品率极低,难以保证生产质量和生产效率,是一类典型的难加工零件。针对上述问题,研究了该类零件的加工工艺路径。首先,详细分析了该类零件的典型加工要求,并在此基础上叙述了调研收集得到的实际生产中针对该型零件的3种常见的加工工艺路线。然后对各种工艺方案进行试验研究,试验结果表明,工艺路线3可以有效提高加工成品率,相比于工艺路线1,提升效果接近20倍。最后,分别对3种工艺路线造成成品率差异的原因进行了分析,结果表明,通过合理选择工艺路线可以在相当程度上同时提高该类零件的加工效率和成品率。 High-purity molybdenum,as one typical kind of hard and brittle materials,made the rotary thin-walled parts be extremely difficult to be machined,which showed low surface quality,frequent edge collapse and whole-part breakage and so on,and led to severe tool wear and breakage.It made a very low yield and could not meet production quality and efficiency,it belonged to be typical difficult-to-cut parts.Aimed at the problems,the process path of this kind of parts was studied.First of all,the representative processing requirements of this type of parts were analyzed in detail,and based on this,three common processing routes practically employed were described followed by experimental comparison.The experiment results showed that the third process route could effectively improve the yield,which was nearly 20 times higher than the first one.Finally,the reasons for the difference of yields between the three routes were analyzed,which showed that both the processing efficiency and yield of this kind of parts could be improved simultaneously through the reasonable selection of process routes.
