铝箔盒形件成形数值模拟及模具设计 被引量:3

Numerical simulation and die design on box-shaped parts of aluminum foil

摘要 以厚度为0.15 mm的8011-O铝箔盒形件为研究对象,利用DYNAFROM有限元软件对铝箔盒形件的冲压成形进行数值模拟,确定合理的零件结构、冲压工艺和模具结构,并通过铝箔盒形件试制的方法来验证计算的合理性。最终,模拟仿真结果显示:采用合理的拉深间隙和组合式压边圈,可在不同区域获得不同的压边力来控制材料的流动,并结合合理的模具结构,最终获得合格的产品。数值模拟结果和产品试制结果的对比表明,数值模拟计算和试制产品的结果基本一致,试制结果表明,零件结构、成形工艺和模具设计合理,为类似铝箔盒形件的设计提供了一种可供参考的设计新思路和新方法。 For the box-shaped part of 8011-O aluminum foil with the thickness of 0.15 mm,the stamping for box-shaped part of aluminum foil was simulated by finite element software DYNAFROM.Then,the reasonable part structure,stamping process and die structure were determined,and the rationality of calculation was verified by trial production for box-shaped part of aluminum foil.The simulation results show that when the reasonable drawing clearance and combined blank holder are adopted,the different blank holder forces in different areas are obtained to control the flow of materials,and the qualified products are finally obtained by reasonable die structure.The comparison between the numerical simulation calculation results and the trial production results shows that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the trial production results,and the trial production results show that the part structure,forming process and die design are reasonable to provide a new design idea and method for the design of similar box-shaped part of aluminum foil.
