甘蔗新亲本材料的黑穗病抗性鉴定与评价 被引量:5

摘要 甘蔗优异亲本材料的黑穗病抗性鉴定与评价是抗黑穗病育种的基础。采用浸渍接种法与田间自然感病法相结合,对54个自育的甘蔗新亲本进行抗黑穗病鉴定与评价。试验结果表明浸渍接种条件下参试品种平均发病率为29.76%,比自然感病率4.94%增加了24.82个百分点。抗性鉴定结果表明抗性水平为高抗的亲本有‘云蔗14-1006’、‘云瑞11-254’和‘云瑞17-32’三个;抗性水平为抗的亲本有‘云蔗15-505’、‘云瑞16-42’、‘云蔗12-1573’、‘云瑞15-52’和‘云瑞17-82’五个;抗性水平为中抗的亲本有‘云蔗12-1220’、‘云蔗12-1197’、‘云蔗13-1098’、‘云蔗13-1211’、‘云瑞11-252’五个;抗性水平为中感、感和高感的亲本分别有11个、23个和7个。黑穗病抗性评价为中抗及以上的有13个,占总体24.07%;抗性水平为中感及以下的有41个,占总体75.93%。 The selection of superior sugarcane parental clones against smut is the basis of the breeding for resistant varieties.The smut resistance of 54 new sugarcane parental clones was evaluated under natural and dipping inoculation conditions.The results showed the average incidence of dipping inoculation was 29.76%,and 24.82 percent higher than that of the clones under natural condition,4.94%.Three clones YZ14-1006,YR11-254 and YR17-32 performed highly resistance(HR)five clones YZ15-505,YR16-42,YZ12-1573,YR15-52 and YR17-82 performed resistant(R).Five clones YZ12-1220,YZ12-1197,YZ13-1098,YZ13-1211 and YR11-252 performed moderate resistance(MR).The number of clones for moderate susceptible,susceptible,and highly susceptible was 11,23 and 7,respectively.Thirteen clones performed MR or better,and 41 clones performed MS or worse,among all the tested clones,they were 24.07%and 75.93%,respectively.
