新型锥式泡罩萃取塔内液滴的分散和液泛研究

摘要 为考察新型锥式泡罩萃取塔内分散相液体在连续相中的分散特性,采用内径75 mm的萃取装置,以中、高界面张力体系为对象,通过改变两相流速对分散相液滴直径和液泛流速进行实验研究。结果表明,此锥式泡罩结构上可行,能根据负荷大小自动调节筛孔有效利用率,且具有较可靠的操作稳定性,尤其适用于中等界面张力的萃取体系。在实验分析基础上,获得了筛孔有效利用率随分散相流速和界面张力等的变化关系式,以及分散相液滴索特平均直径与液泛流速的工程关联式。关联式计算结果与实验值符合良好,可作为工业放大的理论基础和依据。 In order to investigate the dispersion characteristics of dispersed liquid phase in continuous phase in a new extraction column with conical bubble caps,a 75 mm inner diameter extraction setup was used with middle and high interfacial tension systems as the objects,and the droplet diameter of dispersed phase and flooding velocity were measured by varying velocities of the two phases.The results show that the structure of the conical bubble cap is applicable,which could automatically adjust effective utilization ratios of the sieve pore based on loading.Moreover,it has reliable operation stability especially for middle interfacial tension systems.A relationship between effective sieve pore utilization ratio and dispersed phase velocity/interfacial tension was obtained.The engineering correlations of Sauter mean diameter of droplets and flooding velocity were proposed.The results of correlation calculations are in good agreement with the experimental values,which could provide theoretical basis and references for industrial scale-up of equipment.
