摘要
以邻羟基苯乙酸为起始原料,合成了新型结构[(6-取代-嘧啶-4-基氧)苯基]-3-甲氧基-丙烯酸甲酯类化合物.化合物的结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS确证.生物活性测试表明,合成的新型化合物具有非常好的抑制黄瓜枯萎病菌、花生褐斑病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、小麦纹枯病菌、玉米小斑病菌、西瓜炭疽病菌、水稻恶苗病菌活性.
The novel[(6-substituted-pyrimidin-4-methoxy)phenyl]-3-methoxy-methyl acrylates were synthesized with O-hydroxyphenylacetic acid as starting material.The products were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,HRMS.The bioactivity tests showed that the new compounds had very good activities against Fusarium oxysporum,Cercospora arachidicola,Physalospora piricola Rhizoctonia cerealis,Alternaria maydis,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium oxysporum.
