摘要
针对掘进巷道带式输送机传统张紧装置在使用过程中张紧效果差,导致带式输送机跑偏、断带等技术难题,为2310巷掘进期间SSJ-800型带式输送机安装了一套变频自动张紧装置。该装置投入使用后,有效提高了带式输送机张紧自动化水平和运输稳定性,降低了输送机运输故障率,应用成效显著。
In view of the poor tensioning effect of the traditional tensioning device of belt conveyor in tunneling roadway,which leads to the technical problems such as deviation and broken belt of belt conveyor,a set of frequency conversion automatic tensioning device is installed for the SSJ-800 type belt conveyor during the excavation of 2310 roadway.After the device is put into use,the tension automation level and transportation stability of belt conveyor are effectively improved,and the transportation failure rate of conveyor is reduced,and the application effect is remarkable.
