摘要
以某矿井下回采巷道为研究对象,通过在现场实际调研对该巷道掘进作业及巷道地质条件充分掌握的基础上,利用数值模拟计算的方法对不同的掘进空顶距条件时的空顶区围岩稳定性进行了对比分析,并确定了最佳的空顶留设距离。同时,在优化巷道空顶距的前提下,对巷道支护方式以及施工方式进行了合理调整优化,以在保证巷道围岩稳定的基础上加快成巷速度、简化作业程序、减少实际工程量,从而实现矿井快速安全、高产高效生产。
Taking the mining roadway under a mine as the research object,on the basis of the field investigation,the excavation operation and the geological conditions of the roadway are fully grasped.The stability of the surrounding rock in the hollow roof area under different conditions is compared and analyzed by numerical simulation,and the best distance is determined.At the same time,under the premise of optimizing the overhead distance of roadway,the roadway support mode and construction mode are adjusted and optimized reasonably,so as to speed up the roadway formation speed,simplify the operation procedure and reduce the actual engineering quantity on the basis of ensuring the stability of roadway surrounding rock so as to realize mine rapid,safe,high yield and high efficiency production.
