摘要
为了实时监控郭庄煤矿井下甲烷的浓度变化,提高矿井的安全性,设计实现了煤矿甲烷浓度监测系统,系统中井下数据采集系统采用高精度的红外光谱吸收型甲烷传感器保证气体检测的及时有效,通过ZigBee无线传输技术的稳定传输,实时掌握井下的甲烷浓度情况,利用井上的监控中心对数据进行监控并下发相关指令。甲烷浓度监测系统的设计应用,提高了矿井的安全性,保证了煤矿的安全生产。
In order to monitor the change of methane concentration in Guozhuang coal mine in real time and improve the safety of mine,a methane concentration monitoring system is designed and implemented.The system adopts high precision infrared spectrum absorption methane sensor to ensure the timely and effective gas detection.By ZigBee the stable transmission of wireless transmission technology,the methane concentration in the well is grasped in real time,and the data is monitored and the relevant instructions are issued by the monitoring center on the well.The realization of methane concentration monitoring system improves the safety of mine and ensures the safety of coal mine production.
