摘要
目的:观察腕踝针联合药罐疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将90例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为 A、B、C3组,每组30例。A组采用常规牵引治疗,B 组采用腕踝针联合药罐疗法、C 组在A组牵引治疗基础上采用腕踝针联合药罐疗法。运用视觉模拟评分法VAS疼痛评分表、四川大学华西医院康复中心颈椎功能评分表、疗效比较三个指标共同评价患者的颈椎治疗情况。结果:3组患者治疗后VAS评分均有明显下降,C组VAS评分低于B组,B组VAS评分低于A组,即C组疗法短期疗程内镇痛效果最好;3组患者疗程结束后,颈椎功能评分均有明显上升,C组略优于B组,B组优于A组,即C组疗法对于促进颈型颈椎病患者的颈椎功能疗效更佳;三种疗法治疗颈型颈椎病均有90%及以上的总有效率,其中C组总有效率为100%。A组治愈率为10%,B组治愈率为13.3%,C组治愈率为26.7%。结论:腕踝针联合药罐治疗颈型颈椎病疗效确切,在短期内有较好的镇痛效果,可促进患者颈椎功能恢复,其镇痛效果、促功能恢复效果、疗效均优于单纯牵引带治疗,若配合牵引带共同治疗,疗效更佳。三种疗法治疗颈型颈椎病均有90%及以上的总有效率,在颈型颈椎病阶段进行治疗干预,大多都会好转,多种疗法联合治疗治愈率更高。
Objective:To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with medicine cupping therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods:90 patients with cervical spondylosis of the cervical type were randomly divided into groups A,B,and C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional traction,group B was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with cupping therapy,and group C was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with cupping therapy on the basis of group A traction.Using the visual analogue scoring method VAS pain score sheet,the cervical spine function score sheet of the Rehabilitation Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University,and the efficacy comparison three indicators to jointly evaluate the patient’s cervical spine treatment.Results:The VAS scores of the 3 groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment.The VAS score of group C was lower than that of group B,and the VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A.That is,group C had the best analgesic effect in a short course of treatment;the treatment of group 3 ended.After that,the cervical spine function scores all increased significantly.Group C is slightly better than group B,group B is better than group A,that is,group C therapy is more effective in promoting cervical spine function in patients with cervical spondylosis;three therapies treat cervical spine The disease has a total effective rate of 90%and above,and the total effective rate of group C is 100%.The cure rate in group A was 10%,the cure rate in group B was 13.3%,and the cure rate in group C was 26.7%.Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with medicine cup has a definite effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and has a good analgesic effect in a short period of time.It can promote the recovery of cervical spine function.Its analgesic effect,functional recovery effect and curative effect are better than simple traction Belt treatment,if combined with traction belt treatment,the effect is better.The three therapies have a total effective rate of 90%or more in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Most of the treatment interventions in the stage of cervical spondylosis will get better,and the cure rate of combination of multiple therapies is higher.
