摘要
目的:观察团队情景模拟教学在中医急诊教学中的应用效果。方法:通过引入团队情景模拟的教学方式,与以往注重理论知识培训及单项技能操作的教学方式进行比较。并将实验组与对照组进行理论考试、技能操作考试与模拟演练的考核,将分数进行统计学分析。结果:2组实习生基础知识考试分数及单项技能操作无统计学意义;团队情景模拟考核有统计学意义,组间有显著性差别。故实验组在基础知识及单项技能操作方面与对照组之间无明显差别,在情景模拟考核方面与对照组有显著差别。结论:团队协作的情景模拟教学可提高实习医生独立接诊能力、应急能力及沟通协调能力,值得作为急诊特色教学模式进行推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of team scenario simulation teaching in emergency teaching of Chinese medicine.Method:By introducing the teaching method of team scenario simulation,it is compared with the previous teaching method that emphasizes theoretical knowledge training and single skill operation.The experimental group and the control group were evaluated by theory test,skill operation test and simulation exercise,and the scores were analyzed statistically.Results:The scores of the basic knowledge test and the individual skill operation of the two groups of interns were not statistically significant;the team situation simulation assessment was statistically significant,and there were significant differences between the groups.Therefore,there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of basic knowledge and individual skill operations,and there is a significant difference from the control group in terms of scenario simulation assessment.Conclusion:The situational simulation teaching of teamwork can improve the independent consultation ability,emergency response ability and communication and coordination ability of interns,and it is worthy of promotion as a characteristic teaching mode of emergency department.
