摘要
细分智能机器人的用户群体并研究用户差异。设计组间重复测量实验,在虚拟现实平台上进行人机交互,分析年轻人和老年人这两组不同人群对智能机器人可用性与造型设计评分。年轻人的可用性与造型设计评分高于老年人,且存在显著差异。通过年轻人和老年人对家庭智能机器人可用性与造型感知主观差异的量化分析,探究内在原因,并归纳具体差异的表现形式。设计应尊重用户差异,根据不同用户需求设计智能机器人,以提升用户体验。
Subdivide the user group of intelligent robots and study user’s differences.This study designs the repeated measurement experiment between groups,carries on the human-computer interaction experience on the virtual reality platform,and analyzes the usability and form design scores of the young and the old people.It is found that the usability and form design scores of young people are significantly higher than that of the old people,and there are significant differences.This study quantifies the subjective differences between the young and the old people on the usability and form perception of home intelligent robots,explores the internal causes of the differences,and summarizes the specific forms of the differences.The design of home intelligent robots should respect user’s differences,meet the needs of different users to improve the user experience.
