摘要
在新型冠状病毒传播疫情期间,为了满足慢病患者复诊开药的需求;同时解决人员密集的问题,我院自建平台建立互联网医院,构建边界完善的医保支付体系,实现“零接触”就诊模式。提出全方位保障互联网医院医保支付安全的新模式,实现患者身份的有效验证,医保线上支付、实时结算。新模式保证了医保结算的实时性和准确性,保障了医保基金安全和患者隐私安全,大大提升了参保患者的就医体验。
During the COVID-19 epidemic,in order to satisfy the demand of prescribing drugs for the patients with chronic diseases,and solve the problem of crowded personnel,an Internet hospital is established by building a platform in our hospital,and a medical insurance payment system with perfect boundary is built to realize"zero contact"medical treatment mode.This paper puts forward a new mode that ensures the security of medical insurance payment in Internet hospital in an all-round way,to realize the effective verification of patients'identity,online payment and real-time settlement of medical insurance.The new mode ensures the real-time and accuracy of medical insurance settlement,ensures the security of medical insurance fund and patient privacy,which greatly improves experience of insured patients access to medical care.
