摘要
分析了学科化服务的基本特征及目前高校图书馆学科化服务的两种模式和4种构成要素,针对高校图书馆管理与服务方面目前存在的服务效率低、资源管理水平低、与学科化建设脱节、用户黏性不高等问题,提出了图书馆学科化服务的创新思路和措施。
The basic characteristics,the two modes and four component elements of subject service in academic libraries were analyzed with certain innovative ideas and measures proposed for the subject service in library according to the low efficiency of service for users,poor management of resources,divorce of subject service from subject construction,low attractiveness to users in the management and service in academic libraries.
