摘要
砂光机机壳结构复杂,壁厚不均匀,精度要求高,采用玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺注射成型时,出现严重的翘曲变形,影响砂光机性能及寿命。针对冷却不均匀、收缩不均匀及取向效应引起的翘曲变形,采用单点开放式热流道模具、改变浇口位置、增加冷却水路、利用反变形原理增设小分型面、调整塑件的螺丝柱拉紧点位置、控制熔体温度与热处理过程等措施,控制了机壳翘曲变形。经过砂光机寿命测试,机壳质量与精度满足砂光机性能要求。
The shell of sander had complex structure,uneven wall thickness and high precision.Glass fiber reinforced polyamide was used for injection molding.Serious warpage of the product affected the performance and service life of the sander.According to the warpage value caused by uneven cooling,uneven shrinkage and orientation effect,a single point open hot runner die was used.The measures were adopted by changing gate position and increasing cooling water path.The small parting surface was added by using the anti deformation principle.The position of tightening point of screw column was adjusted.The melt temperature and heat treatment were controlled.The warpage and deformation of the casing were controlled.Through the life test of sander,the shell quality and accuracy met the performance requirements of sander.
