摘要
为了提高隔膜材料的孔隙率,优异热稳定性等,以热学性能良好的聚丙烯腈(PAN)和机械性能良好的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,制备出3D空间结构的PVDF/PAN共混纳米纤维膜材料。为了得到融合性较好的两种聚合物共混纺丝,研究了不同共混比例(3∶7,5∶5,7∶3)的PVDF/PAN纳米纤维膜的结构形貌和性能。结果表明:制得的共混纳米纤维膜孔隙率达到68.9%~72.0%;其次随着PVDF比例的增加,力学性能有所提高,纵向应力可达11.81 MPa,并且在130℃时能保持良好的稳定性,这对未来生产更安全、稳定且高效的隔膜具有重要意义。
This study is intended to enhance the porosity and thermal stability of separators,and prepare 3D-structured PVDF/PAN blended nanofiber separators with PAN of good thermal property and PVDF of good mechanical property as raw materials.In order to get well-blended spinning of the two polymers,the structure,morphology and properties of PVDF/PAN nanofiber separators of three different blending ratios(3∶7,5∶5,7∶3)were studied.The results show that the porosity of the prepared nanofiber separators reaches up to 68.9%~72%;as the proportion of PVDF increases,the mechanical properties are improved,the longitudinal stress can reach up to 11.81 MPa,and an excellent stability can be maintained at 130℃.This is of great significance to producing separators that are safer,more stable and more effective in future.
