摘要
以纯棉织物与硝酸银为主要原材料,通过化学还原法制备了银复合棉织物。利用XRD、UV-Vis、激光粒度仪、SEM、四探针测试仪等对银复合棉织物进行表征及性能测试。分析硝酸银质量浓度、还原反应时长、反应温度、浴比、还原剂质量浓度对银复合棉织物方阻的影响。结果表明:在反应条件为硝酸银质量浓度1.5 mg/mL、反应温度80℃、还原反应时长60 min、还原剂质量浓度1.5 mg/mL、浴比1∶50时,能够得到具有良好导电性能的银复合棉织物,此时方阻最低可达45Ω/sq,具有作为导电材料使用的潜力。
Silver composite cotton fabrics were prepared by chemical reduction method using pure cotton fabric and silver nitrate as the main raw materials.The silver composite cotton fabric was characterized and tested with XRD,UV-Vis,Laser Particle Size Analyzer,SEM and Four-Probe Tester.The effects of silver nitrate mass concentration,reduction reaction time,reaction temperature,bath ratio,reducing agent mass concentration on the square resistance of silver composite cotton fabric were analyzed.The results showed that silver composite cotton fabric with good electrical conductivity can be obtained under the reaction conditions of silver nitrate mass concentration of 1.5 mg/mL,reaction temperature of 80℃,reduction reaction time of 60 min,reducing agent mass concentration of 1.5 mg/mL,and bath ratio of 1∶50.Under such conditions,the square resistance can be as low as 45Ω/sq.It has the potential to be used as a conductive material.
