摘要
目的探析急诊分诊安全管理在急诊护理的应用效果。方法我院在2018年3月至2019年3月急诊科室接受治疗的患者中选取86例患者作为研究对象,采用统计学数据进行研究分析,将86例患者随机分为两组,对照组和试验组各43例。对照组实施常规护理管理模式,试验组对患者实施急诊安全管理模式。观察比较急诊科室的护理质量,比较护理满意度和护理中安全事故的发生率。结果试验组护理服务态度(87.52±4.32)分、分诊能力(89.52±5.22)分、紧急事件处理能力(90.22±3.54)分、总体评价(86.44±4.24)分均高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为97.67%,对照组为74.42%,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组安全事故发生率(2.33%)显著低于对照组(23.26%)(P<0.05)。结论急诊分诊安全管理在急诊护理中的应用效果较好,可有效提高护理满意度,减少安全事故的发生率,增强护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of emergency triage safety management in emergency nursing.Methods Our hospital selected 86 patients from the patients treated in the department of general emergency from March 2018 to March 2019 as the research object,used statistical data for research and analysis,and randomly divided 86 patients into two groups,a control group and a experimental group,43 cases each.The control group implemented conventional nursing management mode,and the experimental group implemented emergency department safety management mode for patients.Observe and compare the quality of care in emergency departments,compare nursing satisfaction and the incidence of safety accidents in nursing.Result The scores of nursing service attitude(87.52±4.32),triage ability(89.52±5.22),emergency handling ability(90.22±3.54)and overall evaluation(86.44±4.24)scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.67%,and that of the control group was 74.42%.The experimental group was signifi cantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The safety accident rate of the experimental group(2.33%)was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(23.26%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency triage safety management has a good application eff ect in emergency nursing,which can eff ectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of safety accidents,and enhance the quality of care.
