摘要
目的分析定岗实习模式对高校男护生工作压力及职业认同感的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年6月在医院开展临床生产实习的男护生80人作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40人。对照组以科室轮转方式进行生产实习,观察组进行定岗实习。比较两组的护士工作压力源量表(NJSQ-R)评分及职业认同量表评分。结果在实习期末,观察组研究对象的NJSQ-R总分及各维度评分均低于对照组,各维度评分、职业认同量表总分及各维度评分均高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床生产实习阶段组织男护生进行定岗实习,能够适应男护生特点、满足学习需求,达到提升男护生的职业认同感及缓解工作压力的目的。
Objective To analyze the infl uence of fi xed-post practice mode on the work pressure and professional identity of male nursing students in colleges and universities.Methods Eighty male nursing students who carried out clinical labor internship in the hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 students in each group.The control group carried out production practice in the department rotation mode,and the observation group carried out fi xed-post practice.The NJSQ-R scores and occupational identity scale scores of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of the internship period,the NJSQ-R total scores and scores of all dimensions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The total scores and scores of each dimension of the occupational identity scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.There were diff erences between the two groups,and statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Organizing male nursing students for fi xed-post practice in the clinical production and internship stage can adapt to the characteristics of male nursing students,meet the learning needs,and achieve the purpose of enhancing the professional identity of male nursing students and alleviating work pressure.
