摘要
为了提高城市轨道交通车辆走行部轴承故障诊断的准确性和有效性,以贵阳地铁1号线车辆走行部轴承为研究对象,通过考虑长大坡道运行特点,建立走行部轴承全生命周期故障诊断体系,构建走行部轴承故障诊断试验平台。研究结果表明,长大坡道工况下走行部轴承故障诊断方法能较准确提取走行部轴承冲击样本、冲击趋势曲线;长大坡道工况下走行部轴承故障诊断系统准确性、稳定性较好,可实时对走行部轴承运转特性进行监测,为提高检修效率提供重要信息化与技术支撑。
In order to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the fault diagnosis of the bogie bearing of urban rail transit vehicle,taking the vehicle bogie bearing of Guiyang Metro Line 1 as the research object,the full life cycle fault diagnosis system of the bogie bearing is established by considering the running characteristics of continuous long and sloping route,and the bogie bearing fault diagnosis test platform is established.The research results indicate that the fault diagnosis method of the bogie bearing under the working condition of continuous long and sloping route can accurately extract the impact sample and impact trend curve of the bogie bearing.Under the working condition of continuous long and sloping route,the fault diagnosis system of the bogie bearing has good accuracy and stability,which can monitor the running characteristics of the bogie bearing in real time,and provide important information and technical support for the improvement of maintenance efficiency.
