摘要
目的了解大兴区8~10岁儿童及孕妇尿碘水平及碘摄入情况,为碘缺乏病的防治工作提供依据。方法2019年采用分层整群随机抽样方法对天宫院、庞各庄、旧宫、长子营、荣华街道五个镇/街开展抽样监测。在每个镇街检测40名8~10岁儿童及20名孕妇的随机尿和食盐碘的含量,并对该地区水碘含量进行检测。结果2019年全年共监测儿童尿样202份,尿碘中位数为169.36ug/L,处于适宜水平,但其中荣华街道尿碘中位为84.33ug/L,低于100ug/L。共监测孕妇尿样100份,尿碘中位数为164.11ug/L,处于适宜水平,但其中荣华街道尿碘中位数为129.84ug/L,低于150ug/L。2019年共监测食用盐样品302件,其中碘盐258件,非碘盐44件,合格碘盐226件,碘盐合格率87.60%,合格碘盐覆盖率74.83%。2019年共监测生活饮用水40件,水碘中位数为10.76ug/L,其中水碘<10ug/L的15件,占37.50%,>100ug/L的高水碘1件,占2.50%。结论大兴区儿童及孕妇碘营养状况总体上处于适宜水平,但仍存在碘不足的风险。
Objective To understand the urine iodine level and iodine intake of children aged 8~10 and pregnant women in Daxing district,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disease.Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was used to carry out sampling monitoring in tiangong Yuan,Panggezhuang,Old Palace,Zuoying and Ronghua Street in 2019.Random urine and salt iodine levels were measured in 40 children aged 8 to 10 years and 20 pregnant women in each town and street,and iodine levels in water in the area were measured.ResuIts A total of 202 urine samples were monitored in 2019.The median of urine iodine was 169.36ug/L,which was an appropriate level.However,the median of urine iodine in Ronghua Street was 84.33ug/L,lower than 100ug/L.A total of 100 urine samples were monitored for pregnant women.The median of urine iodine was 164.11ug/L,which was an appropriate level,but the median of urine iodine in Ronghua Street was 129.84ug/L,which was lower than 150ug/L.A total of 302 edible salt samples were monitored in 2019,including 258 iodized salt,44 non-iodized salt and 226 qualified iodized salt samples,with the qualified rate of 87.60%and the coverage rate of 74.83%.A total of 40 pieces of drinking water were monitored in 2019.The median of water iodine was 10.76 ug/L,among which water iodine was 15 pieces 10ug/L,accounting for 37.50%,One piece of 100ug/L high-water iodine,accounting for 2.50%.ConcIusion The iodine nutritional status of children and pregnant women in Daxing district is generally at an appropriate level,but there is still a risk of iodine deficiency.
