摘要
涤纶染整废水具有高悬浮物、高温、高含油量等特征,采用斜板沉淀池-气浮池-微氧水解酸化池前处理系统,能够有效去除进水色度、油脂及悬浮物,微氧水解酸化能够在有效防止厌氧产气的同时增强传质效果。经前处理后的水解池出水COD可稳定维持在950mg/L左右,后经高/低负荷好氧-两级沉淀处理后,最终出水COD均值55mg/L,稳定达标。
Polyester dyeing and finishing wastewater has high values of suspended solids,temperature and oil content.The pretreatment system combined inclined plate sedimentation tank,air flotation tank and micro-aerobic hydrolysis acidification can effectively remove the influent color,oil and suspended solids.Micro-aerobic hydrolysis acidification can effectively prevent biogas production of anaerobic fermentation and enhance mass transfer effects.After the pretreatment,the effluent COD of the micro-aerobic hydrolysis tank can be maintained at about 950mg/L.After high/low loading aerobic and two-stage sedimentation treatment,the average COD of the final effluent is 55mg/L,which is up to the standard stably.
