摘要
目的了解麦西来甫健身操对维吾尔族弱体质大学生身体素质及心理健康指标的影响,为有效提高弱体质大学生身心健康水平提供支持。方法以新疆某高校体质测试不合格的90名维吾尔族大学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,干预组进行16周(2018年9月15日—2019年1月15日)麦西来甫健身操干预,对照组进行正常体育教学活动,比较实验前后组内和组间学生的身体形态、机能、心理、生理各指标。结果干预组干预前与干预后各指标除了闭眼单足站立指标无统计学意义外,其他指标即形态的4项指标、机能的2项指标和素质的5项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。干预组干预后在体重、BMI、腰围、腹部皮褶厚度指标方面与对照组干预后结果相比分别降低了2.01 kg、2.60 kg/m2、2.93 cm、2.23 cm,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。肺活量和肺活量体重指数分别升高302.70 mL和6.21 mL/kg,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。素质指标方面的握力指数、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐、20 m往返跑、立定跳远等指标分别提高了4.43、2.90 cm、8.93次/min、2.60次、5.90 cm,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预组干预前SCL-90总均分为1.77±0.31,干预后为1.59±0.30,差异有统计学意义(t=1.96,P>0.05);干预组干预后SCL-90总均分为1.59±0.30,对照组干预后为1.77±0.36,差异有统计学意义(t=1.98,P<0.05)。结论麦西来甫健身操对提高弱体质大学生的身体和心理水平起到较好的干预效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Macy Lev Aerobics on physical fitness and mental health indicators of Uygur college students with weak constitution,provide support for improving physical and mental health of college students with weak constitution.Methods 90 Uygur students in a college of Xinjiang,who were qualified in physical fitness test,were collected as the research object,and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The intervention group was given 16 weeks(from September 15,2018 to January 15,2019)of intervention by Macy Lev Aerobics,and the control group received the normal physical education.The body shape,function,psychology and physiology of the students in two groups were compared before and after the experiment.Results In the intervention group,the difference in the index of standing on one foot with eyes closed was not statistically significant between before and after intervention,while the differences in other indexes(four indexes of body shape,two indexes of function and five indexes of quality)were statistically significant(all P<0.01).After the intervention,the body weight,BMI,waist circumference and abdominal skinfold thickness in the intervention group respectively decreased by 2.01 kg,2.60 kg/m2,2.93 cm,and 2.23 cm as compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Both lung capacity and lung volume body mass index increased by 302.70 ml and 6.21 ml/kg respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).As for the quality indexes,grip index,sit-and-reach,abdominal curl,20 meters round-trip running and standing long jump respectively increased by 4.43,2.90 cm,8.93 times/min,2.60 times and 5.90 cm,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).In the intervention group,the total score of SCL-90 before and after intervention was 1.77±0.31 and 1.59±0.30 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=1.96,P>0.05).After the intervention,the total score of SCL-90 in the intervention group and the control group was 1.59±0.30 and 1.77±0.36 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=1.98,P<0.05).Conclusion Macy Lev Aerobics has a good effect on improving the physical and psychological level of college students with weak constitution.
