摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养的历史机遇、现实困境与优化路径进行深度剖析。研究认为:我国竞技体育后备人才培养的政策正向东北地区倾斜,跨界跨项选材助力了竞技体育后备人才的培养,社会力量协同参与推动了竞技体育治理体系现代化。存在的问题主要是学生运动员升学机制不畅通,青少年总人口比例逐渐缩减,学生运动员成才率逐年下滑。建议:重塑青少年竞技体育意识形态,加强竞技体育后备人才科学化选材,强化青少年运动员的文化教育,培育青少年体育社会组织,推动我国竞技体育后备人才高质量发展。
By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper makes a deep analysis of the historical opportunities,practical difficulties and optimization paths of the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in China.The results show that:China’s policy of competitive sports reserve personnel training is inclined to the northeast region,cross-border and cross event selection has helped the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,and the collaborative participation of social forces has promoted the modernization of competitive sports governance system.The main problems are that the enrollment mechanism of student athletes is not smooth,the proportion of total youth population is gradually reduced,and the success rate of student athletes is declining year by year.Suggestions:reshape the ideology of youth competitive sports,strengthen the scientific selection of competitive sports reserve talents,strengthen the cultural education of young athletes,cultivate youth sports social organizations,and promote the high-quality development of China’s competitive sports reserve talents.
