摘要
目的:探讨早期营养支持和睡眠护理对食管癌患者术后胃肠功能和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的食管癌术后患者98例作为研究对象,按照姓氏笔画单双数分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予术后常规方法治疗及护理干预,观察组采取早期营养支持治疗及护理干预。比较2组患者睡眠质量、胃肠功能、及术后胃肠功能恢复时间及不同时间点腹胀情况。结果:通过分析,观察组肛门首次排气时间、首次自主排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均低于对照组,胃肠减压引流量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,且不同时间腹胀例数均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期营养支持治疗及护理干预有助于改善患者睡眠质量、胃肠功能,缩短术后胃肠功能恢复时间,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of early nutritional support and sleep care on gastrointestinal function and sleep quality in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients who underwent radical esophageal cancer surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even numbers of surname strokes,49 cases each.The control group was given conventional postoperative treatment and nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early nutrition support treatment and nursing intervention.The sleep quality,gastrointestinal function,recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function and abdominal distension at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results:Through analysis,the time of the first anal exhaustion,the time of the first voluntary defecation,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were all lower than the control group,and the gastrointestinal decompression drainage volume was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of cases of bloating at different times was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nutritional support treatment and nursing intervention can help improve patients′sleep quality,gastrointestinal function,and shorten the recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function.The effect is remarkable and worth promoting.
