摘要
在中医药理论的指导下,中药在抑制肿瘤增殖、转移等方面发挥了重要的作用。由于中药复方的成分复杂,在对中药成分的深入研究中,中药单体抗肿瘤的作用越来越受到人们的重视。因其水溶性较差、生物利用度较低等诸多问题,严重限制了药物研发和在临床中的应用。纳米技术在改善中药单体溶解性、生物利用度等方面具有广阔的应用前景。系统阐述了纳米技术的分类及制备方法,探讨了纳米技术改善中药单体药性及其抗肿瘤作用,分析其发展中面临的问题,并对研究方向进行了展望。
Under the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), Chinese herbal medicine has played an important role in inhibiting tumor proliferation and metastasis. Due to the complex compositions of TCM compound, more and more attention has been paid to the anti-tumor effect of TCM monomers in the in-depth study of TCM components. Drug development and clinical application are severely limited by the problem of poor water solubility and low bioavailability. Nanotechnology has a broad application prospect in improving the solubility and bioavailability of TCM monomers.In this paper,the classification and preparation methods of nanotechnology were systematically described,and the improvement of the properties of monomers and their anti-tumor effects by nanotechnology were discussed.
