摘要
为了解决水雨情监测数据通信能力差的问题,研究设计了一种双信道的水雨情监测系统。利用雷达水位计、雨量传感器、温湿度传感器等多种传感器采集水雨情数据并以规定报文格式通过北斗卫星与GPRS传输至中心站,北斗卫星为主信道,GPRS为备信道,实现主备信道自动切换功能,进行多信道多协议水雨情监测传输、显示、查询,为防汛减灾提供技术支撑。该系统提高了水雨情监测的工作效率,扩大水雨情监测范围,具有良好的推广前景。
In order to solve the problem of poor communication ability of water and rain monitoring data,a dual channel water and rain monitoring system is designed.The radar water level gauge,rainfall sensor,temperature and humidity sensor and other sensors are used to collect the water and rain data and transmit it to the central station through Beidou satellite and GPRS in the specified message format.The Beidou satellite is the main channel and the GPRS is the backup channel.The system can realize the automatic switching function of the main and backup channels,carry out the multi-channel and multi protocol water and rain monitoring,transmission,display and query,and provide technical supports for the fight against flood and disaster.The system improves the working efficiency of water and rain monitoring and expands the scope of water and rain monitoring,which has a good prospect of promotion.
