摘要
目的探讨临床输血检验中交叉配血技术选用卡式微柱凝胶试验的效能及安全性。方法2018年5月—2019年7月在郑州人民医院接受输血治疗的600例患者做研究对象,按选用交叉配血技术的不同进行分组,选用卡式微柱凝胶试验的320例患者作为观察组,选用低离子凝聚胺技术的280例患者作为对照组,回顾分析两种技术的应用效果、效能、医师满意情况等。结果检验后,观察组主侧符合率为98.13%,高于对照组的86.79%,次侧符合率为95.94%,高于对照组的85.00%,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=28.861、21.455,P<0.05);观察组技术应用灵敏度为50%,检验准确性为96.56%,显著高于对照组的10.00%、91.07%(χ^2=4.174、7.983,P<0.05),两组特异度对比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.377,P>0.05);观察组检验平均耗费时间为(5.06±0.15)min,显著短于对照组的(7.53±0.52)min,医师满意度为100%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(t=81.206,χ^2=70.588,P<0.05)。结论临床输血检验行卡式微柱凝胶试验,可有效提高检验符合率,检验准确率更高,提高临床输血安全性,且有耗时短,提升检验医师满意度。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of microcolumn Gel test in clinical blood transfusion test.Methods The 600 patients who received blood transfusion in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were divided into groups according to the choice of cross-matching technique,320 patients in the microcolumn Gel test were selected as the observation group and 280 patients in the low-ion polybrene technique as the control group,the effects,efficacy and physician satisfaction of the two techniques were analyzed retrospectively.Results After examination,the coincidence rate of the main side was 98.13%in the observation group,which was higher than that of the control group(86.79%),and the coincidence rate of the secondary side was 95.94%,which was higher than that of the control group(85.00%),there were significant differences between groups(χ^2=28.861,21.455,P<0.05);The sensitivity and accuracy of the technique in the observation group were 50%and 96.56%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(10.00%and 91.07%)(χ^2=4.174,7.983,P<0.05),there was no significant difference in specificity between the two groups(χ^2=3.377,P>0.05);The mean time of examination in the observation group was(5.06±0.15)Min,which was significantly shorter than that in the Control Group(7.53±0.52)Min,and the physician's satisfaction was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(t=81.206,χ^2=70.588,P<0.05).Conclusion Microcolumn Gel test in clinical blood transfusion examination,can effectively improve the coincidence rate of examination,improve the accuracy rate of examination,and improve the safety of clinical blood transfusion,and has consumes the time to be short,enhances the examination doctor satisfaction.
