摘要
为了促进复杂地质条件智能化综采安全高效回采,以龙滩煤电公司3124S智能化综采工作面过地质构造为背景,对构造条件及开采难点进行全面分析,制定了地质钻孔探测构造形态、注浆钻孔加固构造围岩、优化改造巷道系统、超前铺设高冒假顶、补充强化灾害治理和煤机破岩智能开采等一系列成套技术方案,通过现场实践,实现了智能化综采过地质构造段产量不下降、安全有保障。
To promote the safe and efficient mining of intelligent comprehensive mining under complex geological conditions,taking the geological structure of 3124 S intelligent comprehensive mining face of Longtan Coal Power Company as the background,the structural conditions and mining difficulties are comprehensively analyzed.A series of complete technical schemes are made,including the structural form of geological borehole detection,surrounding rock structure reinforcement by grouting borehole,optimization and transformation of roadway system,advance laying of high-rise false roof,supplement and strengthen of disaster management,intelligent mining of rock breaking by coal machine,etc.Through the field practice,the output of geological structural section for intelligent fully-mechanized mining does not reduced,and the safety is guaranteed.
