基于模糊综合评价——改进TOPSIS模型在设备综合效益分析中的研究与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对设备5个维度的模糊互补判断矩阵进行一致性检验和一致性改进,利用改进的加权优劣解距离法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)得到影响设备综合效益的各个指标权重,对在用设备综合效益应用效果进行评价分析。方法利用模糊综合评价——改进TOPSIS分析,对影响设备综合效益指标权重进行科学、合理分配。结果影响设备技术状态、经济效益、社会效益、配置合理和科研效益的5个维度13项指标权重分别为W1=(C1=0.077,C2=0.077,C3=0.046,C4=0.031)^T,W2=(C5=0.103,C6=0.103,C7=0.075)^T,W3=(C8=0.052,C9=0.078)^T,W4=(C10=0.056,C11=0.024)^T和W5=(C12=0.14,C13=0.14)^T。在用设备综合评价结果为:AS128 CT>E9彩超>DSA>1.5T MRI>乳腺钼靶>高频热疗机>光子射频仪。结论结合两种方法综合应用,使综合评价设备使用效益更有科学性、合理性及适用性。 Objective Through the consistency test and improvement of the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix of the five dimensions of the equipment,and then using the improved technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)to get the weight of each index affecting the comprehensive benefit of the equipment,the application effect of the comprehensive benefit of the equipment in use is evaluated and analyzed.Methods By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation-improved TOPSIS analysis,the weight of the index affecting the comprehensive benefit of equipment was scientifically and rationally distributed.Results The weight of 13 indexes in 5 dimensions affecting the technical state of equipment,,economic benefit,social benefit,reasonable allocation and scientific research benefit was W1=(C1=0.077,C2=0.077,C3=0.046,C4=0.031)^T;W2=(C5=0.103,C6=0.103,C7=0.075)^T;W3=(C8=0.052,C9=0.078)^T;W4=(C10=0.056,C11=0.024)^T and W5=(C12=0.14,C13=0.14)^T.The comprehensive evaluation results of the equipment in use were as follows:AS128 CT>E9 color ultrasound>DSA>1.5T MRI>mammography target>high frequency hyperthermia machine>photon radio frequency instrument.Conclusion Combined with the comprehensive application of the two methods,it is more scientific,reasonable and applicable for the comprehensive evaluation of the use efficiency of the equipment.
