摘要
CT作为临床诊断常用手段之一,在使用过程当中,故障率也在逐渐上升,本文分析维修GE Brivo CT325在突然断电重新开机后,无法预热,没有X射线发出的故障现象及处理方法。该故障现象单一但牵涉的功能部分比较多,需要工程师耐心地进行高压NO LOAD测试和高压短接测试,通过测试逐一排除,确认Tank故障并进行更换。这是一系列的连环性故障,后续出现了扫描床的故障,又对扫描床进行了校准操作,使机器正常工作。希望通过此次综合维修过程的分享能对工程师在处理CT的高压部分和扫描床部分维修时有一定的帮助。
CT is one of the commonly used methods for clinical diagnosis,in the course of use,the failure rate is also rising gradually.This paper analyzed the failure phenomenon and treatment methods of GE Brivo CT325,which cannot warm up after a sudden power failure and restart.The failure phenomenon is single but involves many functional parts.It requires engineers to patiently carry out high-voltage NO LOAD test and high-voltage short connection test.By eliminating them one by one,the failure of tank is confirmed and replaced.And this is a series of cascading failures,followed by the subsequent failures of the scanning bed,after which we carried out calibration operation on the scanning bed to make the machine work normally.It is hoped that this sharing of comprehensive maintenance process can help us deal with the high-pressure part of this type of CT and the part of scanning bed to some extent.
