摘要 目的探讨乳腺整形外科技术在非哺乳期乳腺炎手术中的应用及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的67例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床资料,根据手术方法的不同将其分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=22)。对照组患者行乳腺区段切除术,研究组患者在对照组的基础上结合隐匿性美容切口、随意腺体皮瓣转移等整形外科技术。比较2组患者术后并发症发生率、复发率及患者满意度。结果研究组患者术后并发症发生率、复发率及患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合乳腺整形外科技术进行非哺乳期乳腺炎手术安全、有效,术后患者满意度高,具有良好的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the application and clinical effect of breast plastic surgery in non-puerperal mastitis.MethodsThe clinical data of 67 patients with non-puerperal mastitis admitted to our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=22).The control group underwent segmental mastectomy,and the study group received segmental mastectomy with cosmetic incision,glandular flap transfer and other plastic surgery techniques.The incidence of postoperative complications,recurrence rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications,recurrence rate and patient satisfaction in the study group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation combined with breast plastic surgery for patients with non-puerperal mastitis is safe and effective,with high postoperative satisfaction,which has good clinical application value.
